 Stegosaurus, from Ancient Greek, means "covered lizard."

They were the largest representatives of their infraorder. Their maximum length was 9 meters, and their height was 4 meters. Their brain was no larger than a dog's: while the animal weighed 2 tons, its brain weighed only 70 grams.
