He is the root of all fears deep within mortal minds, a nightmare that awakens us in a cold sweat in the middle of the night. He is the embodiment of pure anger and bottomless horror. Diablo plagued Sanctuary several times, plaguing mortals over and over again, far more often than any of his unholy brethren.
